Nanoxis Consulting AB
Nanoxis Consulting has +15 years of expertise in the fields of proteomics and mass spectrometry, involved in projects dedicated to: microbial characterization of bacteria and fungi, surface shaving of intact bacteria, rapid limited digestion, epitope identification among other projects.
A major focus of our projects is the study of the surfaceome, the proteome of the surface of cells, microorganisms and vesicles.
A unique technology platform for surface shaving av microbes and epitope identification of native proteins.
ONGOING PROJECTS
Nanoxis Consulting AB is a Partner in a project focused on fighting the development of antibiotic resistance, funded by Norwegian Research Council. Project is called AMR-AQUA.
We are also part of an ongoing Marie Curie ITN project called PEST-BIN, funded by the European Commission. The end-goal is to create graphene-based sensors for infectious disease pathogens.
